Understanding the ‘Levels’ on Pandar
Everything you need to know about Pandar level 1, 2, 3, and 4.

Account levels can unlock additional features within your Pandar account, including sending and depositing funds. Some features may require additional document verification or information provided by you to verify your identity.
Level 1 - Email and Phone Number verification
If you’re new to Pandar, you can get started by verifying your email address and phone number. After signing up, you’ll receive an email asking you to confirm your account. Click the Confirm your email button to confirm your email address and complete your registration.
Level 1 simply means that your account has a confirmed email address and phone number but doesn’t have any other valid means of identification attached to it.
Level 2 - BVN Verification
This level requires your verified Bank Verification Number (BVN).
Level 3 - Valid ID Verification
To get a level 3 verification, you will need:
A government-issued ID (an international passport, a voters card, or a national ID)
You can upload your documents by either typing in your valid ID number or snapping a copy.
⚠️ Ensure that all four corners of your ID are visible in the photo and that the details on your ID are legible.
Level 4 - Selfie + ID Verification
Take a selfie but make it Pandar-worthy!😉😘
What are my limits? How do I view them?
Your limits are displayed on the Level Upgrade section of your Profile. Deposit limits are different depending on the levels. Note that withdrawal limits are unlimited for all accounts.
Withdrawal or deposit limits are determined by many factors, including verification completed on your account, uploads, and more.
How do I increase my Pandar account level?
You can see your current level and how to increase it by heading to the Level Upgrade section of your Profile. Depending on your current level, you can follow these quick steps to increase your account level:
Verify email address and phone number
Upload international passport, National ID card, or Voters card
Uploading a selfie and ID verification
